Each year, Wales' Armed Forces Day is hosted and celebrated in a different region across the Country. Armed Forces Day in Wales commemorates and celebrates the Armed Forces community and is a partnership event between local authorities, Welsh Government, the tri services and other partners.
This year Carmarthenshire is set to host Wales' National Armed Forces Day on June 27, 2026. The event, which will take place at Pembrey Country Park, is free to attend and aims to bring the public together in support of the Armed Forces community.
The day-long event has been organised in partnership with senior leads within the Army, Navy, and RAF. It will be a thrilling day, featuring various assets from the Armed Forces, family entertainment, live music, exhibitions, food and drink, and many engagement teams from various regiments across the wide ranging military.
