Ysgol Pen y Bryn celebrate Silver Armed Forces Friendly School status

SSCE Cymru team members joined Ysgol Pen y Bryn school in Colwyn Bay to host their first Armed Forces Day event in celebration of them being the first school in Wales to be awarded the Silver Armed Forces Friendly Schools Cymru status.

Riley, a Service child from West Wales, won a competition to become a BBC Wales Young Reporter. Riley reported about his experiences as a Service child and how it felt when his Dad served in the Army.
