Captain Williams consistently demonstrates kindness, professionalism and a strong commitment to supporting Service children in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area.
Captain Williams is a huge advocate for SSCE Cymru, he continually goes above and beyond to build positive relationships with schools, local authorities and community partners, ensuring that the needs of Service children remain a priority.
His dedication has been particularly evident through his support of schools in Neath Port Talbot, especially his work with Baglan Primary School, where his commitment has helped strengthen connections and create valuable opportunities for their Little Troopers club.
Captain Williams also played a key role in the success of the Swansea Armed Forces Festival, working behind the scenes and through effective partnership working to help deliver a memorable and impactful event for the Service children in Swansea.
His willingness to help, positive attitude, and genuine passion for making a difference show the values of collaboration and support.
