Forces in Mind Trust funds targeted evidence generation and influencing activities that underpin policy-making and service delivery in order to enable Service personnel and Service families to lead successful civilian lives. Founded in January 2012 by a £35 million Big Lottery Fund 20-year endowment, the Forces in Mind Trust awards grants and commissions research, coordinates the efforts of others and supports projects that deliver long-term solutions to the challenges faced by the Armed Forces Community as they transition to civilian life.
