The third of this year's SSCE Cymru Armed Forces Festivals took place at RAF Valley, Isle of Anglesey, on the 19th November 2025. The event welcomed military connected young people from across North-West Wales for a day of fun filled day of celebration.
Service children and friends from 8 different schools across 3 local authorities attended and took part in a series of workshops delivered by Never Such Innocence, CELS, 3rd Battalion Royal Welsh Army Engagement Team, the Oriel Mon and the Royal Fusiliers Museum.
The day included opportunities to work with World War One artefacts, learn drill, compose a song and complete team building exercises. Most importantly it was a great opportunity for military-connected young people to come together, share their experiences and build new friendships.
