SSCE Cymru have been lucky enough to work alongside Kelly since she was given responsibility of supporting Service children in Pembrokeshire County Council, around four years ago!
Kelly has been a huge advocate of the SSCE Cymru programme, as the lead contact for the local authority and line manager of the West Wales SSCE Cymru Regional School Liaison Officers (RSLOs). She has always demonstrated a huge amount of support for Service children and improving the provisions available for them in Pembrokeshire.
Kelly has utilised resources such as the Local Authority (LA) Action plan to consider the improvements and changes that could be made to the LA provisions which has embedded good practice, ensuring support for Service children in Pembrokeshire is strong now and in future years. Kelly has always been happy to share her own experiences and knowledge with other LAs across Wales and collaborate where appropriate.
