SO FIT group

SO FIT group LTD are multi award winning health and wellbeing consultants. We have worked with local companies and local authorities including Swansea City AFC, DVLA, Swansea Council, Swansea University and conducted many school sessions in junior and comprehensive. 

We aim to create a tailored programme with your input, that we will deliver over a period of time that you deem suitable to school and term programming. This can cater for a range of groups and abilities, with stretch and challenge additional exercises to aid progression and accommodate age groups.
SO FIT is experienced and qualified in all areas that need to be covered for health and wellbeing. Coaches are mental health practitioners, nutrition and fitness experts, and hold QTS qualifications. Previous experience of delivering in schools is vast, including NEET and individuals with learning barriers. Most of our coaches are former military which adds to the
delivery experience.

We are advocators of active learning where ever possible, encouraging team building and reflection on all tasks. We are confident that we will be able to meet the minimum learning objectives imbedding a good understanding of Mental Health and wellbeing, but also encourage and develop the progression steps creating depth of knowledge of the mentioned subjects.
